Do I need to replace my current software?
Usually not. If a system is doing its job, keep it. Wavelinelabs is often most useful for the work around it: connecting a hand-off, filling a missing step, preparing something automatically or building a focused tool the main software doesn't cover.
Is this a complete custom software platform?
It can grow into a larger system, but the usual starting point is one clearly scoped problem and the smallest useful working version. Larger platforms, complex integrations, payments, logins and multiple user roles are scoped separately.
How much does this cost?
It depends on what needs building. A focused first fix starts from $2,500 NZD, an app or website build from $3,000 NZD, ongoing time-saver support from $1,500 NZD a month, and social and marketing help from $800 NZD a month. Either way, you get a fixed price before any work begins, not an open-ended bill.
Is this cheaper than traditional custom software?
Modern development methods can make a focused first version more practical than a traditional large software project. The cost still depends on scope, integrations, security and support. You get a fixed quote before work begins.
Who owns what gets built?
Once the work is paid in full, you own the custom configuration, code and content created specifically for you. Pre-existing Wavelinelabs tools and third-party software keep their own ownership and licences. See our Terms of Service.

No. Ongoing support runs month to month, with 30 days' notice to stop whenever it's not saving you time. One-off fixes are just that: a single fixed-price job, no ongoing commitment either way.
